You can return your C6 product via delivery within 30 days of receiving your original order.
The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
If you purchased your C6 product from another online retailer or a retail store, and would like to return it for a refund or exchange it, please contact the retail store or the reseller directly. C6 online are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for products purchased from any source other than c6life.com.
We recommend that items are returned to us via a tracked postal service that requires a signature upon receipt. You must retain your proof of delivery until we acknowledge receipt of the goods. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
If the goods are faulty C6 may refund this cost by store credit, but this is entirely at the company’s discretion.
Once your goods are returned and accepted your account will be credited to the value of the goods. You may opt to exchange the goods for other goods of equal value immediately, receive a refund, or alternatively, we can credit your account to the value of the goods and this credit will be automatically deducted from your next order.
